Input and output

The established check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., to registerafter 9:00 p.m. contact reception.

The departure time will be at 10:00 a.m.

If the client wishes to enter or leave the apartment outside the stipulated hours, he must consult with the reception of APARTAMENTS ELVIRA to agree with the client a change of schedule, in the case it was possible. APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to make said change.


The client must inform APARTAMENTS ELVIRA of the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and therefore only these people will be able to use it depending on the maximum capacity of each apartment.

It will not be allowed to exceed the number of people agreed in the reservation and the number of guests housed in the apartments, may not exceed the capacity of each of them, except for children under two years old.

If the client intends to accommodate more people than those contracted in the accommodation, he must request it to the staff of APARTAMENTS ELVIRA and they may refuse to do so or demand a payment of a additional surcharge.

In case of non-compliance, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to request the abandonment of the apartment immediately and the guest will not have the right to request any type of compensation or refund.


When making the reservation, you must provide your name, ID, telephone number and email. You must also provide the document of all the people staying at the time of arrival at the apartment in order to complete the guest registration sheet. Customer behavior as a guest:

We ask that our clients comply with the following rules of use:

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Parties are not allowed
  • Pets are allowed on request.
  • Respect the rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not met, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will have the right to demand the eviction of the apartment without compensation some.


APARTAMENTS ELVIRA is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use made by the client during his stay in the apartment, including damages, injuries, losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client’s stay in the apartment there was a breakdown unrelated to misuse by the client and made their stay in the hotel impossible. same, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will take care of fixing it as soon as possible, prior notification by part of the client. If for some reason the problem cannot be fixed immediately APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will look for another apartment for the client with the same characteristics.

We ask that any incident that occurred during your stay be communicated to APARTAMENTS ELVIRA as soon as possible for its correction if necessary.

All clients and guests that they may have, explicitly declare that they will use the apartment at their own risk and exonerate APARTAMENTS ELVIRA from any type of compensation.

Clients are responsible for all damages and alterations in the rented apartment or furniture, to the extent that signs of wear and tear from normal use are exceeded.

APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will deliver the apartment to its clients in perfect conditions of use and cleaning, it is the responsibility of the client that upon leaving the apartment, it is left in conditions logic of cleanliness and order. In the event that the apartment is delivered in conditions not reasonable, APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right to charge an extra fee equivalent to two hours of cleaning service, which will be deducted from the deposit.

APARTAMENTS ELVIRA will not be responsible for the loss of any object or belonging due to part of the client.

APARTAMENTS ELVIRA reserves the right, due to force majeure (fire, flood, theft…) to change the apartment reserved by the client for another of equal or superior category.


VAT: Reservations have a 10% surcharge, this tax is included in the total invoice of the booking.

TOURIST TAX: All reservations will have a surcharge of €1 per person and night to be paid at the arrival.


At the time of entry, €100 will be charged to the credit card as a deposit. A Once confirmed that there are no damages in the apartment, this amount will be refunded to the card. If said deposit is not paid, the owner or intermediary reserves the right to prohibit the entry to the accommodation, and may lead to the termination of the contract. Any breach of the aforementioned terms and conditions will grant the owner of APARTAMENTS ELVIRA the power to demand the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and will determine the termination of the contract, without the client being able to request compensation or compensation of any kind for the execution of this measure.

At the time of reserving an apartment with APARTAMENTS ELVIRA you are accepting unconditionally our terms and conditions, so if you have any questions or consultation it is advisable to clarify them before the reservation.

Payment Policy

Apartments Elvira accepts American express, Mastercard and Visa, and reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before entry.

The total payment of the reservation will be made through the card that you have provided, 7 days before arrival in low season, and 15 days before in high season.

The tourist tax is not included in the total amount of the reservation, it must be paid upon arrival at the apartments(check-in).

Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel up to 1 day before in low season and 7 days before the arrival date in high season at no cost, in case of Late cancellation or no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation to the credit card provided during the reservation process, except for reservations with special conditions, as detailed below:

  • Non-refundable: The amount is not refundable in case of cancellation.
  • High season (June 1 to September 15): The client may cancel without cost up to 7 days before arrival, in case of cancellations communicated out of the established period will be charged the total amount of the booking.

Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded the amount paid.
